After 30 years of teaching French, traveling there 28 times (!), and a long career of cooking for family and friends, I was being asked to put together more exclusive meals and larger parties. In 2010, I decided to study in France (Lyon), to grow my knowledge of gourmet cuisine, classic and modern. Another stint in Paris in March of this year taught me French pastry skills. (See offerings, 2). And the business took off!
